The drill rod adopts a T-shaped thread, which is more favorable for
loosening and unloading of the joint portion, and has a larger
pitch and a thread side angle than the R-shaped thread. The
threaded portion has excellent wear resistance and high connection
performance, and is matched with high power and high rotation.

They are specially developed for high-performance drills with large
diameter bores. The drill rods are more rigid and help prevent bore
deflection. Compared with the standard thread, the tapered
trapezoidal thread uses 23%-30% more material than the normal
R-type thread, and has better wear resistance and strength.
With the fast female threaded interface, the connection speed is
fast, easy to disassemble and install, and its service life is
longer than that of the separate connection. The connection is more
tight and the drilling is more excellent.
