All the equipments offered by Mind are produced according to China
national standard drawings, nonstandard equipment will be produced
by the drawings confirmed by clients. We strictly follows ISO 9001:
2008 Quality management system. There is record in computer for
each equipment, spares can be easily confirmed when it is
necessary.

from equipment recommendation to debugging and installation, worker
training, technical support and maintenance.
Mind Machine has independent research and development system, our
experienced engineers and technicians can provide clients with
overall technical support, including material characteristic
analysis, crushing test and process optimization of flow
simulation. Our professional engineers will design the most

3. Installation
We have several experienced technicians with passports ready to go
for installation. When installation service is needed,client should
pay for technicians' round-way air tickets, salary(shall be
confirmed before leaving), food and lodging, and most importantly
to guarantee the technicians' safety.
4. Equipment warranty
Our warranty is 1 year for whole machinery .
For wear parts, we guarantee high quality parts for long-term
supply.
1. Standard export packaging, the whole machine uses the bubble-wrap packaging and can withstand pressure and impact and effective protection of the machine.
2. Parts of the equipment and machines use the low moisture content of wooden packaging to prevent damaged parts.
