BH dry mortar plant advantages of main components:
1. Raw material storage tank:
The dry mortar production line is used to store bulk materials such
as cement, fly ash and sand. In this case, the domestic common
50-ton or 100-ton cement silo (customer selection) is used as the
raw material warehouse, generally adopting three raw material
warehouses of cement, fly ash and sand. The cement and fly ash are
fed by tank trucks, and the sand is loaded by bucket elevators.
2. Sand dryer:
It is used to dry wet sand. The system includes feeder, bucket
elevator, hot blast stove, dryer, sieve, dust removal, cooling,
conveying, lifting and other equipment. The sand-drying device is
used for the production system of dry powder mortar with large
output.
3. Batching device:
It consists of a hopper weighing scale, a screw conveyor, a
discharge device, a force sensing device, and a computer control
system. It can automatically measure different raw materials
according to the formula, reduce labor intensity and environmental
pollution, and also ensure the quality of dry mortar products.
4, the mixer:
The requirements for the dry mortar mixer are: evenly mixed, no
dead angle, wear-resistant equipment, and fast feeding speed. Our
company uses a two-axis gravityless mixer as the main mixer. Evenly
mixed, high efficiency and short time. The main machine is equipped
with a high-manganese wear-resistant lining plate with a thickness
of 20mm, which has long service life and convenient replacement.
5, dry powder packaging machine:
There are two kinds of open pockets and valve pockets. Dry powder
mortar is used more in the valve pocket packaging machine, because
the valve pocket packaging does not need to be slit, as long as one
person can operate, the open-pocket packaging scale can pack
various materials, but the seam is required after bagging. This
packaging machine requires one more operator than the valve pocket
packaging machine.
6, dust collector:
It is used to recycle dust from the dry mortar production line and
is environmentally friendly. The dust suction port is generally
located at the top of the cement silo, the hopper inlet, the
filling machine, and the like.
7. Conveying and lifting structure:
The material conveying methods used in the production silo are:
horizontal conveying and vertical conveying, horizontal conveying
can use screw conveyor, vertical conveying generally adopts bucket
elevator, and electric hoist can also be used.
8. Fully automatic industrial control system:
It consists of PLC industrial computer, high-voltage cabinet, touch
screen and computer. At present, the quality of mortar disposed on
the construction site is unstable, the strength is not up to the
requirement, and the dry-mixed mortar is industrialized, and the
raw materials and mix ratio are strictly controlled to ensure
stable and reliable mortar quality.
