Introduction:
Core drilling rig is a kind of core drilling equipment. It is mainly used for the survey and exploration of metal and non-metallic solid minerals. It can also be used for engineering geological exploration, hydrogeological survey, oil and gas field survey and exploration, and water well drilling.
TDC-300 full hydraulic core drilling rig is widely used in metal mining, non-metallic mining and coal mining geological exploration core drilling.
Also known as hydraulic rig, hydraulic rig is a rotary rig commonly produced in China. The main types are rotary drilling rigs, impact drilling rigs and compound drilling rigs.
It has great ability, the max hole depth it can drill is 400m, when using NQ rod, the drill depth can reach 300m, when using HQ rod, the drill depth can reach 160m.
Composition:
The core drilling rig is composed of the basic parts such as the slewing mechanism, the feeding mechanism, the lifting mechanism, the transmission mechanism, the operating device and the machine base. Due to the different types of rigs, some core rigs may also be equipped with control gauges or other attachments. The slewing mechanism of the rig is called a gyrator and is used to drive the rig to rotate, so that the drill bit continuously breaks the rock. Core rigs are available in vertical shaft, rotary table and mobile type. The classification of core drilling rigs comes from this.
