Features of XY-3
1. Adopting CG140 model auto transmission, has 10 rotation speeds
and reasonable speed range, with eight forward rotation gears and
two reverse rotation gears, high speed, strong stroke and wide
scope of application.
2. Large engine power and two reverse rotation gears, can easily
solve the drilling work accident.
3. The operation handles fixed in reasonable layout to make it more
convenient for workers to operate the machine.
4. Equipped with normally closed hydraulic chuck, operation
flexible and reliable
5. Spindle and hoist can be operated separately.
6. Spindle has big inner diameter, able to use big hexagonal
drilling rod.
Brief Introduction
1, It can better meet the requirements of diamond wire line coring, percussive rotary drilling, directional drilling, Reverse Circulation Continuous Coring (sample) and other drilling technologies to improve working efficiency.
(1) XY-3 drilling rig has a wide range of vertical shaft speed and a large number of speeds. There are nine forward gears and two reverse gears at 33-1002 / min.
It is beneficial to the selection of rotary speed for various drilling methods.
(2) It is equipped with a reverse torque device to stop the rotation of drill pipe (vertical shaft), which is very convenient for directional drilling.
(3) It can monitor and alarm the torque, WOB and other parameters. (configured according to user requirements)
2, High reliability of drilling rig
(1) It has the advantages of light vehicle gearbox, clutch, universal transmission shaft and other superior general parts, which are reliable in operation and long in service life
