commutation and connect the unloading circuit. .
For this reason, the pipeline on the logic valve side (T1 port) was
disconnected, and then it was found that when the torque limiter
did not issue a command, the overload unloading solenoid valve Y1
was de-energized, the solenoid valve was not energized, reversed,
and there was no pressure. The oil flows out. When the machine
enters an overload state, the valve is energized and the hydraulic
oil immediately flows out of the pipeline. This means that the
torque limiter sends logic commands to the normal program and the
unloading solenoid valve works normally. In the same manner, when
the limit switch for controlling the overload unloading and the
overload unloading solenoid valve Y2 are checked, the operation is
also normal, thereby eliminating the possibility of a circuit
failure.
