Product Details

High concentrated Reductive Cleaning Agent 735-100% is mixture of special reductive and surfactant and has relatively strong sequestering and dispersing effect. It has a good reductive ability with wide PH Value and is used as reductive in place of caustic soda and sodium hydro sulfite after polyester and its blends is dyed. It also removes floating dyes and pigment and improve fastness to color.

Property and Advantage:

1.Reductive cleaning of dyed polyester and its blends and removing of loose color.

2.Has a good chelating ability for metal ion and bring vivid shade after cleaning.

3.Has no pungent smell to improve working condition.

4.Has a strong reduction in acid bath and has no yellowing like conventional reductive.

PH Value: 7.0~9.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: easily dissolve in water

Application field:

Reductive cleaning after dyeing of dispersing pigments

Usage:

It’s high concentrated and has 3 times active content than general product. You can directly use it with correspondingly low dosage or dilute it 1:2 with water. First add the products and then pour warm water or hot water of 50°C and continue stirring for 30 minutes until the material is homogenous.

Recommended Dosage:

735-100%     0.3~1.0 %(o.w.f)

Cool down below 80°C after dyeing with dispersing dyes and make sure the PH is weak acid, then add 735-100% and keep the bath 80-85°C for 20-30 minutes and discharge and clean.
