Features

Introduction of Composition

1.Main Machine

Upper and lower body respectively install a straightening roll,upper roll is concave lower roll is convex. According the diameter and the material properties of the bar, respectively to adjust upper and lower straightening rolls,start the cooling lubrication system ,driven by main motor, to complete calendering and straightening at the same time.

Frequency conversion stepless speed , real time display the gap between upper roll and lower roll. Guide sleeves are installed in the inlet and outlet. Its location can be adjusted, playing guide and support role. During processing , the bar can accurately enter and leave the straightening rolls.

2. Cooling lubricants System

Cooling lubricants by cooling pump suction, through multiple pipelines from the front spray nozzle to the roll gap and the bar, playing cooling and lubricating role. After converging, follow together into the coolant tank. Coolant tank design three layers protection filter, to ensure lubricating coolant cleaness.

3. Electrical system

The transmission system adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, feeding system, adjustment system,cooling and lubricating system controled by AC power . The main power supply is AC 380V 50Hz, control power supply is AC 220V 50Hz.
