Low voltage three phase reactive microcomputer control compensation
cabinet using computer aided design (CAD), introduce micro computer
control, intelligent tracking compensation, its reasonable

Dedicated for reactive power compensation with a capacity of
130-600kVA three-phase transformer.

Design Feature:
- Using intelligent controller control, complete function, reliable
performance, automatic compensation method; can improve the power
factor to more than 0.9;
- Real-time display of power grid power factor, display range: lag
(0.00-0.99), advance (0.00-0.99);
- With overvoltage, overharmonic, overcompensation, system fault,
phase deficiency, overload and other comprehensive protection
functions;
- Memory of the set parameters, the system will not be lost after the
power failure, after the power grid returns to normal,
automatically enter the operation state, without personnel on duty;
- According to the load balance of the grid, compensation can be
adopted by the phased compensation or mixed compensation;
- Strong anti-interference ability, can resist the amplitude of 2000V
interference pulse directly input from the power grid, higher than
the national professional standard.
Distributable Power Network Monitoring Function
- Real-time measurement and integer point to record the three-phase
voltage, current, frequency, active power, reactive power, power
factor, active power degree, active power degree, total voltage,
current distortion rate and 2-25 harmonic content on the
low-voltage side of the transformer;
- With RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces, you can set and read meter
reading, equipment testing, time real-time measurement data and
recording data through handheld computer data replication or
wireless recording functions;
- Data analysis function: operating load data, statistical query:
comprehensive analysis of power quality, voltage pass rate
calculation, power load rate, reliability, large load rate, timing
query power factor, active power, reactive power, draw each phase
voltage, current, power factor, print comprehensive analysis and
statistical report.
Ordering Instruction:
- Determine the transformer rated capacity, secondary rated voltage,
secondary current transformer transformer ratio;
- Determine the reactive load condition and electric natural power
factors, the total working current and fluctuation range of the
compensation system and equipment; the load characteristics are
impact load, fluctuation load or conventional steady-state load;
- Device model, type and total capacity;
- The device is outdoor box type: general steel / stainless steel and
box color:
- The device is indoor cabinet type and the color of the device; if
connected with other distribution cabinets, the model and cabinet
mode shall be explained;
- Outdoor column mounted, single pole mounted or double pole mounted.
