In view of the advantages of good effect, high efficiency and low cost of ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning machine is widely used in electronics, machinery, clocks, optics, medical treatment, chemical fiber, electroplating and other industries [1]. In the ultrasonic cleaning equipment, ultrasonic power supply is one of the important parts. Most of the existing ultrasonic power supply uses special integrated control chip (such as SG3525, TL494) or single chip microcomputer to generate PWM pulse signal. After power amplification, impedance and tuning matching, it drives the transducer to convert the electrical signal into mechanical vibration to generate ultrasonic. These two kinds of power supply have their own limitations. The former control method has slow dynamic response, inconvenient parameter adjustment and serious temperature drift [2]. The single-chip microcomputer directly generates PWM signal. Although it can obtain high precision and high stability control characteristics and realize flexible and diverse control functions, due to the limitation of its working frequency, the output PWM signal has low frequency resolution It is difficult to meet the fine-tuning of frequency. In view of the above problems of ultrasonic power supply, based on PWM technology, this paper develops a kind of digital ultrasonic power supply with stable performance, simple control adjustment and low cost by using single chip microcomputer and analog integrated circuit to form an intelligent control system.
Digital ultrasonic generator can monitor the working frequency and power of high-power ultrasonic system.
(1) It can adjust various parameters in real time according to different requirements of users, such as power, amplitude, running time, etc.
(2) Frequency fine tuning: adjust the frequency to make the ultrasonic transducer always work in the best state, the efficiency reaches the maximum, and the adjustment range is 2%.
(3) Automatic frequency tracking: once the equipment has completed the initial setting, it can work continuously without adjusting the generator.
(4) Amplitude control: when the load changes in the working process of the transducer, it can automatically adjust the driving characteristics to ensure that the tool head gets a stable amplitude.
(5) System protection: when the system works in an unsuitable operating environment, the generator will stop working and give an alarm to protect the equipment from damage.
(6) Amplitude adjustment: the amplitude can be increased or decreased instantaneously in the working process. The setting range of amplitude: 0% ~ 100%.
