2000W20khz ultrasonic welding transducer Use in food cutting and plastic welding
As the name implies, the ultrasonic horn can change the amplitude of the transducer. Amplifier is a passive device. It does not produce vibration itself. It only changes the amplitude of the input vibration and transmits it out. At the same time, it also completes the impedance transformation. Ultrasound transducer can produce regular vibration under appropriate electric field excitation. Its amplitude is generally about 10 micron. It is not enough to complete welding and processing directly. After connected with a reasonably designed horn, the amplitude of the ultrasonic wave can vary in a wide range. As long as the material strength is enough, the amplitude can exceed 100 microns. We call the whole of the ultrasonic transducer connected with the horn vibrator. It can be said that as long as it is a common oscillator in the market, we all have production, and basically have stock. If customers have special requirements, we can provide products with the same accuracy and reliability as mass production within 15 days, provided we give samples or detailed technical parameters and requirements.
