Special transducer for ultrasonic dishwasher:
Ultrasonic dishwasher uses the principle of ultrasonic cleaning: when ultrasonic wave passes through liquid medium, it will vibrate the liquid medium at a very high frequency and make the liquid molecules produce positive and negative shock waves. When the sound intensity reaches a certain value, the tiny cavitation bubbles in the liquid are rapidly grown and the instantaneous strong closure produces a strong micro explosion and shock wave that destroys the dirt on the surface of the cleaned object and falls off from the cleaned surface. Although the function of each cavitation bubble is not large, there are hundreds of billions of cavitation bubbles per second, which has good cleaning effect and characteristics. Because the ultrasonic can penetrate solid material and make the whole liquid medium vibrate and produce cavitation bubbles, so this cleaning method does not have the unwashed dead angle and the industry proves that the cleanliness of ultrasonic cleaning is high.
