There are two type for the diamond grinding wheels. One is out-segmented, another is continuous rim segment. Out-segmented type diamond wheel can grinding beveling edge below 30 mm. Workable glass thickness: 3-25 mm,

maximum grinding size for bottom edge: 5mm(single edge),

maximum grinding size for chamfering: 3mm.

With same grinding speed, resin bond wheels can offer finer effects than bronze wheels. And high speed four-side edging resin wheels need shorter time to suit the machine than broze bond high speed four-side diamond wheels, but the using life is shorter than bronze bond wheels.
