1. Q: What's your warranty period?
   A: Our warranty period starts from the agreed delivery date of the genset. The main parts are guaranteed for 18 months or 1500 hours, whichever comes first.

2. Q: What's your payment terms?
   A: We accept 20% payment in advance by T/T and the balance 80% shall be paid before shipment or through L/C at sight.

3. Q: What's your delivery time?
   A: Typically, the delivery time is 10-25 days. For urgent orders, we can communicate to expedite the process.

4. Q: Which port do you use for exports?
   A: We often use the Fuzhou Port, but can also accommodate customer-requested ports.

5. Q: Do you offer OEM service?
   A: Yes, we provide OEM services.

6. Q: What's the difference between Prime power and Standby power?
   A: Prime power allows for 12 hours of continuous operation, with 10% overload allowed for every 12 hours of running. Standby power is limited to emergency use and overloading is strictly prohibited.
