How to ship a case to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital one: |
a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detail information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number needed for bleaching, design, etc. |
| b. Send us working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Send us bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if there is implant needed also in the case, including lab parts |
e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose shipping couriers such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
