Preventive advice for servo feeder feed inaccuracy
1. Whether the air pressure is unstable or not, you can check it
out. This mainly refers to the air feeder. This has been
highlighted above.
2. Is the feeder speed too fast? Generally speaking, the servo feeder is at most 150-200 in one minute. If you play too much, the feeder
can't keep up, it is easy to cause the feed to be inaccurate.
3. Is there a problem with the mold? You can try to manually check
the product to see if there is a problem with the mold.
4. Check if the feeder has air leakage (depending on pneumatic relaxation or mechanical
relaxation).
5. Relaxation is not good enough, that is to say, whether the
cooperation between the punching cam and the feeder is
synchronized. If you can't relax, try adjusting the punch cam or
the feed box.
6. Whether the material is too oily, it is easy to cause the
feeding to slip.
