The hydraulic heavy-duty material frame is optimized by adding
hydraulic cylinders and pressure arms on the standard heavy-duty
material frame MT, and is used for unwinding and discharging of
heavy-duty coil materials in the stamping production line, by the
machine base and the disc brake system. The tile plate and the
overhanging bearing are composed of a single-roll cantilever
structure.
Heavy material frame structure features:
The hydraulic heavy-duty material frame adopts the oil pressure
expansion mode, and controls the adjustment of the movement of the
screw to change the inner diameter of the material rack to play the
role of tensioning material.
During the unwinding and unloading process, the unwinding and
transmission of the coil material is provided by an independent
electric control box (motor, reducer) installed on the material
frame body, and the frequency converter adjusts the transmission
speed.
Maintenance of heavy material racks:
1. Check the installation status of the gear transmission system
(such as centering, meshing clearance, foundation fastening), the
matching clearance of the tile and the level of the base of the
external support rocker before the daily operation of the heavy
material frame.
2. Visually inspect the material rack cylinder every week to detect whether it leaks, whether the
pressure and flow of the hydraulic system are normal, and whether
the hydraulic cylinder of the outer support rocker is working
properly.
3. Weekly use the dial gauge to inspect and expand the diameter and
tile vibration of the material rack, and disassemble the reel at
the same time, check the wear of the quadrangular pyramid, the
lining plate and the mandrel in the drum, and timely carry out the
condition. Repair or replace.
4. Use the flowmeter to check the grease leakage of the reducer
coupling of the material frame and the flow rate of the lubrication
pump every week, and check the working position of the gearbox
lubricating oil level, flow rate and lubrication pump; add
according to the lubrication situation. lubricating oil.
5. Check the lubrication of the sliding parts of the material frame
and the grease of the coupling pin by visual inspection every week,
and the wear of the tile.
6. Disassemble the rack gear every 6 months, check the tooth
surface wear (check for pitting, peeling, broken teeth, etc.) and
lubrication.
