Wafers are widely used in the manufacturing industry, and the use
of punching machines for wafer blanking is one of the common uses
of punching machines. At present, most of the stamping owners use
the manual manual punching machine to feed the wafers. This type of
production method is labor intensive. Once it is improperly
operated or overworked, it will be seriously safe to feed into the
press. The accident occurred.
Moreover, the manual feeding is more time consuming than the first
feeding of the machine, the second precision is low, the production
time is increased, the production efficiency is low, and the yield
of the blanking wafer is low. Therefore, more and more customers
have chosen to use a punching machine with a feeder to carry out
continuous blanking processing.
The wafer processing line for the punching machine with the servo feeder can really improve the production efficiency
and improve the finished quality of the wafer blanking.
However, due to the speciality of the wafer products, there is
still a very big problem. That is, the current feeders can only
feed on the same line whether it is an air feeder, a roller feeder
or an NC servo feeder.
After the wafer is stamped, a lot of scraps are generated, which
causes great material waste, and the production cost is not
effectively controlled.
To this end, Ruihui Machinery has designed and manufactured a yaw
NC feeder for wafer blanking and stamping processing customers.
Compared with the standard NC feeder, it has added a left and right
moving work frame controlled by a servo motor.
The position of the punching disc is adjusted by the yaw shift, and
the automatic program arrangement enables the round cutting of the
wafer to achieve a circular cross-cut, so that the material can
achieve the highest utilization rate during the stamping work.
