of synchronization with the feeder.

When the light control induction device of Ruihui light-controlled
heavy-duty material frame replaces the induction rod (frame)
induction mode, it can automatically cooperate with the frequency
converter to control the material frame unwinding according to the
speed of the actual subsequent leveling machine (or feeder). The
speed is fast and slow, and the effect of synchronization with the
operation of the leveler is achieved.
The light-control type heavy-duty material frame unwinding speed
does not need to be manually adjusted, and it is not necessary to
start and stop in real time, which truly realizes the purpose of
automatic speed control and stable unwinding.
The light control induction device of Ruihui Heavy Material Frame
consists of photoelectric detector and photoelectric receiver.
The photoelectric detecting head is installed at the front end of
the leveling machine, and emits light therefrom. The photoelectric
receiver is mounted on the side of the rack, and receives light
therefrom, and the two forms a safety light curtain, which is
controlled by the frequency converter on the side of the material
rack. Slow and stop action.
Ruihui light-controlled heavy-duty material frame control
principle: When the material frame runs too fast, the sag of the
material roll becomes larger, blocking the light emitted by the
photoelectric detecting head, and the photoelectric receiver has no
signal.
When the material rack runs too slowly, the sag of the tape becomes smaller, and the
light emitted by the photodetector is received by the
photoreceiver, and the photoreceiver sends the received light
signal to the inverter.
The inverter controller controls the power supply frequency of the
rack motor, and adjusts the speed of the material rack motor to be
fast and slow, so as to synchronize with the speed of the leveler.
