In the sheet metal processing industry, precision punching machines are usually used for continuous press forming of metal sheets. In order to facilitate production, improve efficiency and reduce labor intensity, the raw material sheets used are pre-rolled into a cylindrical coil.
It is stored on a heavy-duty material rack so that it is in a reasonably controlled state. During operation, the coil is continuously or intermittently pulled to rotate on a heavy-duty material rack to naturally release the raw material sheet to the punching machine for production convenience.
In order to prevent the coil material from being out of control (such as offset, etc.) during the working process, the special material tensioning device is usually arranged on the heavy material rack to support the fixed coil material.
The tensioning device of the ordinary heavy material frame needs to be operated and adjusted by hand, and the process of loading or removing the material frame is troublesome, laborious, and unreliable, and the operation and maintenance are quite troublesome.
In particular, when the weight of the coil material is too large, the actual stamping production cannot be satisfied at all. In this case, the hydraulic manual material frame is used instead of the ordinary hand-expanded heavy-duty material frame to achieve the purpose of simple operation, labor saving, and reliability.
