The hydraulic splitter consist of splitting cylinders and a power
unit. Cylinders are powered by the high pressure power unit. Fuel
tank piston and wedges are main component of cylinder. It need a
pre-drill hole of required depth down on the material for movement
of middle wedge. There is a valve on the top of cylinder to control
piston work, when the power unit give pressure make the piston
work, piston will pressure middle wedge move into bottom, and at
the same time, middle wedge will push counter wedges move to sides,
a huge horizontal splitting force is produced against to the hole
wall, when the tension increases beyond the tensile strength of the
material, a split will occur.
