3D walll panel/wall brick production line comprises of three main parts: lamination uni, mould press unit and adhesive glue coating unit.

XPE foam→coated with one layer of plastics film on surface at extrusion lamination unit→slitted into two rolls or required width→mould

press embossing unit to be reheated and pressed with brick pattern pr customized pattern on the laminated surface→backed with adhesiveness

and release paper on the other side at adhesive glue coating unit→the rolls cutted into as per requirment.

The 3D wall pannel/ wall brick is suitable for interior decoration of home and public places.

The production line can also be used for producing baby play mate.
