Warranty Service
1. Free warranty for two year, providing lifetime maintenance
service. A certain cost will be charged within a reasonable range
after the warranty period. During the warranty period, we are
responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of all equipment
specified in the contract, and any replacement or repair of any
equipment or components caused by product design, installation
process, materials, product quality and components. Ensure that the
system reaches the design life.
2. Responsible for technical support and version upgrade of related
software.
3. During the maintenance period, if the customer has other
transformation needs, our company will use its own technical
advantages to help customers complete the transformation work in a
timely, fast and safe manner.
4. For the original similar items of the customer, if the original
manufacturer can not undertake the maintenance work, our company
can assist in maintenance and negotiate the cost.
5. If the system fails, our company guarantees to respond within
half an hour after receiving the notice.
6. During the maintenance period, when there is no fault, our
company also regularly dispatches technicians to overhaul the
system without prejudice to the normal use of the customer, and
eliminate hidden dangers.
