Description:

 

The low pressure nitrogen provided by the user is compressed through the gas transmission section (I section) of nitrogen turbo-compressor after being throttled, and the compressed nitrogen mixes with the refluxed gas of liquefaction plant. The mixed gas is divided into two streams after being compressed through the circulating section (Ⅱ section) of nitrogen turbo-compressor. One stream enters into the main heat exchanger to be cooled, and then it is fed into the high temperature expander to be expanded, and then it goes out of cold box after being re-warmed in main heat exchanger, and returns to the inlet of circulation section of nitrogen turbo-compressor. The other stream enters into the main heat exchanger after being boosted through the boosting ends of high temperature expander and low temperature expander, and after being cooled, it is fed to the low temperature expander to be expanded, and then it flows out of cold box after being re-warmed in main heat exchanger, and back to the inlet of circulation section of nitrogen turbo-compressor. The liquid nitrogen is subcooled in the LIN subcooler, and then it is sent to the user’s storage tanks as product liquid nitrogen after being throttled.
