Description:

  

      The compressed air goes through pre-cooler and molecular sieve to be purified and preliminary cooled.

      The processed compressed air flows into the boosting end of expander for boosting, and before flowing into the main heat exchanger, it should be cooled again with water cooler.

       After being cooled through chiller, the air refluxes to the main heat exchanger to be cooled to 140K, and then a part of air flows into turbo expander for expansion refrigeration, and after being rewarmed at the cold end of main heat exchanger, it is as regeneration gas and flows to molecular sieve; the rest air will follow the next circulation. Through the cooling and liquefaction of main heat exchanger, the subcooling liquid air will be obtained by throttling the rest air.
