Maintenance and replacement of copper sleeve

For the maintenance of copper sleeve of crusher, the assembly surface and working surface of the copper sleeve shall not be exposed to the air. Apply a layer of glycerin and wrap it with newspaper or plastic cloth. If the glycerin fails or the copper surface is exposed to the air, replace the glycerin and package. Single vertical place, can not collide with each other, the bottom pad a little thick paper shell or clean rubber pad. The storage place shall be ventilated and dry.

When changing the copper sleeve and eccentric sleeve under the moving cone, first check whether the inner diameter of the moving cone and eccentric sleeve meet the standard requirements, and then install a new sleeve. When installing the new copper sleeve, the new copper sleeve must be cooled for at least 2 hours with dry ice or liquid nitrogen, and installed into the cone and eccentric sleeve freely, instead of hammering or pressing.
