Part Two. Equipments Introduction
GD-CGFB16/16/6Bottle Washing, Filling, Capping 3-1 unit Machine
One. Product introduction
GD-CGFB16/16/6 type beer bottle washing filling capping 3-1 unit
machine is a washing filling capping 3 in 1 machine designed
combined with the actual situation in our country after the
introduction and absorption. It adopts the bottle filling and
capping technique of Germany technology. It has been specially used
to fill Beer.
It adopts isobaric filling principle and filling valve adopts high
precision mechanical valve. It has advantages of fast filling
speed, high precision in liquid level. Adopt Siemens automatic
controlling system, realizing trinity of the machines, and control
the washing, filling and capping process and realize that it only
starts to filling when there is a bottle, otherwise it will stop
filling and no broken bottles. The filling process is cleaner and
pure due to it’s twice vacuumization of bottles, and more stable
because of isobaric filling operation. Using vacuum pump and CO2
preparing pressure to realize a second vacuum, ensure no air and
bacteria in the bottle, guarantee the filling quality and warranty
quality time. Filling cylinder braces use worm-gear box going up
and down to satisfy bottles of different height. Float switches in
the filling cylinder ensure a smooth liquid inlet. Therefore, this
machine is the best ideal choice for beer or beverage factories.

There are six main parts of this machine:
1. Bottle rinser 2.Filler 3.Capping machine 4.Working table

Working process
The bottle sent into machine by conveyor belt divided into the
fixed interval into machine by star wheel, bottle clip will
turnover the bottle and finish washing, then send into the star
wheel of bottle filling machine. The bottle will locate in filling
valve below by ascension movement of the device. In the process of
rotary, the bottles will be passed two procedure of the vacuum and
CO2 preparation, and then be in the filling work.
After filling, bottle base fall off, right guiding upward, bottle
was sent to transmit star wheel, and then sent into the capping
machine star wheel and put under the moulder of the gland plunger.
Crown caps are put in the hopper in the top of the machine. Crown
cover passes the hopper in storage into a blender and then sent to
the head of gland plunger, and then moulder will press below
automatically to finish the capping work. After capping, the
bottle-out wheel will transfer the gland -finished bottles to the
bottle conveyor belt. The all work is finished.
Bottle rinsing part: 16 nozzles
This part is made up of lifting device, the main transmission
device, the fixed frame, clamp device, distributor, and open clamp
cams and over turn cams etc.
Lifting device is used to adjust the height of the rotary tables
and clamps of machine to adapt to the bottle height. Its power
comes from the lifting lever. Lever rotates drive screw rotation to
realize the rotary tables lift.
When the clamp rotate to star wheel with rotating table, bottle
into the middle of clamp, open clamp cam close the clip claw and
clip the bottleneck with the rotating clamp. When rotary tables to
rotate, clamp pieces will rotate with over turn cam, guide cams
rotates around over turn cam and flip the bottleneck to 180 degree
till the bottle mouth is top downwards and directly face the spray
nozzle, then the clean water in the spray nozzle sprays and wash
the inside of the bottle, Drain, turn 180 degree downwards and then
goes out from the star wheel.

Filling part: 16 nozzles
The filling part is made up of main liquid pipe, rotating cylinder
bearing base, filling cylinder fulcrum loop, beer tank, filling
valve, filling cylinder pipe, control loop device, ascending
device, the distributor, height adjusting control, stimulating
bubble arm, vacuum system, etc.
a. The first Vacuumize
Open the Vacuum valve stem, in the bottle and vacuum channels
forming a road. The air in the bottle will be discharged from
bottle through this channel, in the bottle will form a vacuum.
After reach the fixed time, Vacuum valve closed, then it will be
finished.
b. CO2 injection
Open the filling valve, a pathway is formed between the bottle and
the gas channel. The CO2 filling into the bottle through this
channel till CO2 pressure in wine tank equals to the beer tank
pressure.
c. The second vacuumizing
After CO2 injection into the bottles, little air will be
concentrated on the top of the bottle neck. By the second
vacuumizing, this part of resting air will be removed and generate
a slight-vacuum state, which is better for the filling work.
d. Beer filling
Open liquid valve and form pathway between the bottle and the beer
tank, the material will feed into the bottle from this channel, at
the same time, the CO2 in bottle return back to the beer tank at
the same speed through air-back pipe. Compressed CO2 in the bottle
seal material to continue to run till the material in bottle rising
over air-back pipe and form pressure balance
e. Close valve
After the bottle finish filling stand for long time, close the
liquor valves and air filling valves, cut off the channel between
wine tank and bottle.
f. Air discharge
Open the discharge valves and form a pathway between bottle and
air. The pressure in bottle will release through this channel and
don’t finish release until bottle separate from filling parts.
g. Blow remaining liquid
When the filling parts locates between bottle-out and bottle-in
star wheel, open the CO2 filling valves and close it after reach the fixed time. So that
the CO2 in bottle will blow the remaining liquid.

Capping part: 6 heads
The capping machine is made up of cap holder, capping slideway,
capping upper part, capping lower part, elevating part and
anti-circling column.
The up and down movement of the capping nozzle is driven by the
capping cam, which is fixed. The crown caps are sending to the cap
slideway by a mixer in the cap container, and then slid to the
capping mould of the capping nozzle. The capping nozzle is driven
by power and move in circle. The capping nozzle would move upword
and downward one time in each circle of the capping. The cam, set
up in the upper fixed part of the capping machine, controls the
upward and downward movement of the capping nozzle.
After the bottle is transmitted from the filling machine, the
capping nozzles have been fed with a bottle cap. The capping
nozzles moves downwards the bottle under the capping platform
driven by cam guideway, then the bottle cap with the aid of the
damping ring.
