Automatic unloading stacking series are mainly used in unloading tinplate and aluminium cans operations. It stacks the empty cans on a pallet, pushes the top-down level by level to the net-conveyor, and then sends cans to the empty cans spry washing machine by conveyor. This machine replaces the manual way of putting cans n order and saves manpower.

Principle features:

1). It replaces the manual way of putting cans n order and traditional unloading empty cans machine. So it saves a

lot of labor and improves the production ability.

2). It uses a programmable computer control system, so it enhances the program the accuracy of the mechanical action, and it is easy to operate.

3). Pallet lifts in the way of self-locking lift. Pallet pack machine lifts with cylinder movements, so it operates steadily.

4). The mode of pushing tank mode can choose continuous action or single circular movement. So its operation adaptability is high.

5). It is applicable for various sizes of tinplate and aluminum cans’ unloading operations.

6). The directions of the outside/inside/operation can be flexible and changed according to the user’s requirements. User should provide the location map.

This can cleaning machine is used in the cleaning of cans

before beer filling. It works automatically with

4. Can filling, sealing 2-1 unit machine

Beer can filling-capping 2-1 machine is a filling capping 2 in 1 machine designed combined with the actual situation in our country after the introduction and absorption.

It adopts the can filling technique of Italian Prmk company and can sealing technology of Switzerland Ferrum company. It has been extensively used to fill beer, etc.

It adopts isobaric filling principle and filling valve adopts high precision mechanical valve. It has advantages of fast filling speed, high precision in liquid level and realizing that it only starts to filling when there is a can, otherwise it will stop filling. Using the device structure of filling valve precover device plus supporting can bottom device, it can guarantee the maximum stability of cans when they passing in and out of the filling machine. Filling cylinder braces use worm-gear box going up and down to satisfy cans of different height. Float switches in the filling cylinder ensure a smooth liquid inlet.

The main transmission adopts gear transmission belt and gear box type exposed drive combination with advantages of high efficiency, low noise and smooth operation.It adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation and is controlled by PLC industrial computers. Sealing machine and filling machine are connected by hooks coupling universal coupling to make sure them a same working pace.

As to sealing machine, it adopts seal-capping rollers and pressure heads designed by Ferrum Switzerland company processing technology to ensure can sealing quality. The machine has the control system that caps only come down when there are cans and caps will not come if there is no can below to ensure the machine run normally and reduce the cover loss rate.

5. Spraying Sterilizing & Cooling Machine

GD-PLJ series Tunnel Pasteurizer is also called water spraying type bottle warming/cooling machine. Different from directly heating type flash sterilizing machine, this series Tunnel Pasteurizer could sterilize liquid product together with its package (glass bottle or PET bottle or can). It can kill all bacteria which possible exists in liquid product or package. Liquid product and its package are heated to sterilizing temperature, keep this temperature for a certain time, and then drop temperature to surrounding temperature by spraying cool water onto package.

6. PE shrink packing machine

Sleeve barrel sealed-cut machine absorbs advanced technology from abroad, and according to domestic present status, it packs the goods with film and sealed-cut automatically with unique originality.

This machine uses (PE) thermal-shrinkage film as packing material, and it is usually applied for the food industry.

This machine can finish working independently for the goods, or it can connect with production line directly, the goods that need packing can be delivered to the stacking place by belt, then after sealed-cutting enter to the thermal-shrinkage machine for shrinking.
