2) Production, Inspection, Delivery, Packing & Shipping, Installation, Debug, Training and After Sales

A. Production

The 1000-2000CPH beer canning line will be designed & produced according to your can’s specification. Therefore, you have to send us 100 cans and 200 caps sample for our designation & production and testing within 10 working days after signed contract.

B. Inspection

When this machine is finished, we will invite you to inspect and we will test this machine with water for you.

C. Delivery

Delivery time is 60 working days after receive the can and cap sample.

D. Packing and shipping

Packing way: Iron packing outside.

E. installation, debug

Time (30 working days):

This machine needs about 20 working days for installation & testing and 10 working days for training client’s related workers.

Related fees:

The buyer needs to supply the air tickets, accommodation, visa fees and salary. Salary for engineer is 120USD per day and 80USD per day for technician.

Preparing work:

Customer needs to place the equipments according to plane layout and prepare for related tools after equipment arrived. We will arrange seasoned engineer and technician to get visa in time for installation debug after equipment leaving our factory.

F. training

Our company offer technology training to customer. The content of training is structure and maintenance of equipments, control and operation of equipments. Training is in the workshop of customer. Seasoned technician will guide and establish training outline. After training, the technician of buyer could master the operation and maintenance, could adjust the process and treat different failures.

C. Quality guarantee

We promise that our goods are all new and not used. They’re made of suitable material, adopt new design. The quality, specification and function all meet the demand of contract. We promise that the products of this machine could storage for one year without adding any aseptic.

1. After checking, we offer 12 months as quality guarantee, free offer wearing parts and offer other parts at the lowest price. In quality guarantee, the technician of buyers should operate and maintain the equipments according to seller’s demand, debug some failures. If you could not solve the problems, we will guide you by phone or video within 24 hours; if the problems are still cannot solve, we will arrange technician to your factory solving the problems. The cost of technician arrangement you could see the cost treatment method of technician.

2. After quality guarantee, we offer technology support and after sales service. Offer wearing parts and other spare parts at favorable price; after quality guarantee, the technician of buyers should operate and maintain the equipments according to seller’s demand, debug some failures. If you could not solve the problems, we will guide you by phone; if the problems are still cannot solve, we will arrange technician to your factory solving the problems. The cost of technician arrangement you could see the cost treatment method of technician.

4) Time consumption (about 120 working days):

Production: 60 working days.

Inspection: 2 working days.

Packing: 1 working day.

Shipping: 30 days from our workshop to your brewery.

1. Can Depallitizer

 

  • Equipment Introduction

Can depalletizer are mainly used in unloading tinplate and aluminium cans operations. It stacks the empty cans on a pallet, pushes the top-down level by level to the conveyor, and then sends cans to the empty cans spray washing machine by conveyor. This machine replaces the manual way of putting cans in order and saves manpower.

  • Equipment Feature

The new fully automated can depalletizer reduces labor costs, removes continuous use of forklift for daily operations and decreases overall footprint. It also reduces can loading to twice per eight hour shift while easily adapting to any can format with no programming or equipment configuration changes.

The depalletizer is built with an all stainless steel frame for improved durability and extended product lifespan.

3. Can Filling-sealing 2-1 unit Machine

 

1) Introduction

The beer canning-sealing unity machine is designed especially for microbreweries with rotary working type not linear working type. It has been extensively used to fill beer. Rotary running type is working stable taking up small area and with high speed. In China, Gongda is the firstly and sole manufacturer beer canning line for microbrewery. If you find Gongda, you will be very luck!

Filling Sealing

 

 

It adopts isobaric filling principle and filling valve adopts high precision mechanical valve. It has advantages of high precision in liquid level and realizing that it only starts to filling when there is a can, otherwise it will stop filling. Using the device structure of filling valve precover device plus supporting can bottom device, it can guarantee the maximum stability of cans when they passing in and out of the filling machine. Filling cylinder braces use worm-gear box going up and down to satisfy cans of different height. Float switches in the filling cylinder ensure a smooth liquid inlet.

The main transmission adopts gear transmission belt and gear box type exposed drive combination with advantages of high efficiency, low noise and smooth operation. It adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation and is controlled by PLC industrial computers. Sealing machine and filling machine are connected by hooks coupling universal coupling to make sure them a same working pace.

As to sealing machine, the machine has the control system that caps only come down when there are cans and caps will not come if there is no can below to ensure the machine run normally and reduce the cover loss rate.
