GD-265D-1 Kinematic Viscometer / Kinematical Viscometer Bath

Summary:

• The instrument is designed and made as per GB/T265 and ASTM D445.
• It is suitable to determine kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products (Newton liquid) at a certain temperature.

Working Condition:

• The instrument should be placed on a smooth and stable laboratory bench.
• The instrument is used for Newton Liquid. It has no relations to shear stress and shear rate. 
• For different temperature testing ranges, the constant temperature bath should be filled in different constant temperature liquids.
• Select a suitable capillary viscometer for the specimen according to the expected testing temperature. The flowing time of the specimen through the viscometer must be more than 200 seconds.(It must be more than 350 seconds if the selected viscometer is φ0.4 mm.)

Main Technical Specifications:

• Capillary Viscometer: 7 pieces in a group, Inner diameters of them are0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5mm respectively.
• Power supply: AC 220V±10%, 50 Hz;
• Heating power: two grades; 1000 W (For auxiliary heating) and 650 W (For temperature controlling);
• Stirring motor: 6 W, 1200 R/min
• Timing device: 0.0s ~999.9 s.
