Roller bearing installation method
1) Wash the bearing with kerosene, press it into the bearing seat,
fill the roller of the bearing outer ring with Shell No. 3 lithium
base grease to two-thirds full, apply evenly with the net hand,
install the ntn bearing gland, apply with the coating The fastening
bolt of the bolt anti-slipping rubber is pressed against the
bearing gland;
2) The bearing is a cylindrical roller bearing that can be separated from the inner casing, and the bearing should be set on the rotating shaft and in place;
3) Mount the bearing housing on the casing. If there is grease grease hole, it must be aligned. Fasten the bearing block with the fastening bolts of the anti-loosening rubber;
4) The inner and outer eccentric blocks are mounted on the rotating shaft and are in place. If there is a shaft key, the shaft key should be inserted into the keyway and then the outer eccentric block should be installed, and the shaft can be mounted on the rotating shaft with the retaining ring;
5) Close the eccentric block fastening bolts and turn the adjustable eccentric block to the angular position before the unloading and tighten the fastening bolts. After the above assembly is completed, the shaft should have a certain axial movement;
6) The protective cover on both ends of the upper vibration motor is fastened with screws.

1) Main wheel
The main roller is the most important carrier of a set of composite rollers. 2) Side roller
The side roller is the second carrier of a set of composite rollers, which is mainly subjected to horizontal load, and also has strong impact resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The side roller is designed with no inner ring full needle roller, and a core shaft replaces the inner ring and the shaft head to carry the bearing.
3) Shaft head
The shaft head is used as the part of the composite roller and the machine equipment. Usually the head of the shaft head is chamfered for easy installation. The shaft head can be directly welded to the equipment, or the shaft head can be welded to the connection with round holes. The board and equipment are assembled on the board.
4) Cover
The function of the cover plate is to form an important part of the side roller mounted inside the shaft head, the main roller outside the shaft head with a nut and a thread glue fixed at the tail end of the shaft head.
