A1:Sure,on some stock items,we can send you within 2days. If you
want special decoration or printing on bottles,it will take about
few days to prepare and will charge reasonable sample cost.
Q2:If any defective bottles,how can you settle it for us?
A2: We will arrange a replacement.
Q3:Do you have a price catalog?
A3:All of our products are made in different materials and in
different weight with different artwork or decoration
request. So we do not have a price catalog.
Q4: How long will it take to receive my products?
A4:As a general rule for available products, it will take 3 weeks
for us to produce your products. But if we have stocks for
common items in common colors, we can ship immediately as you wish.
Q5:What is your term of delivery?
A5:We accept Exwork, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose your
ideal term which is the most convenient or cost
effective for you.
Q6:What is your payment term?
A6:T/T. 30% deposit, balance before shipment.
