this machine is the carton forming machine from the corrugated cardboard sheet , through the printing , slotting / die cutting to make the cardboard which can fold to a carton .

Leading Edge Feeding

Control Function :

1. Touching screen centralized control, each unit, automatic zero phase, order storage, wiping forme memory.
2. The front panel control, host start & stop, host speed up & down and speed display. Feeding fan speed up & down and speed display. Skip feeding and continuous feeding control and equipped with automatic counting function.
3. Lateral plate control unit, machine units electric seperation & combination alarm message, pneumatic locking, safe and reliable.
4. Lateral baffle position can be electric adjusted, equipped with automatic aligning device.
5. Front baffle lifting is adjusted by turbine box, meter handle can display scale, accurate position , easy to adjust.

Pinting unit : 

1. Anilox Roller

• pneumatic anilox roll automatic lifting device and stop rotation device, anilox roll down and in contact with the plate when feeding paperboard, anilox roll automatically rise seperate with the plate when stop feeding, in order to protect the plate; automatic idlin when not printing, to prevent the ink dries up.

2. Rubber roller

• Made of high quality seamless steel tube of refined processing, dynamic balance correction.
• Steel tube surface with high quality wear-resisting rubber, long service life.
• Overrunning clutch type automatic idle device to prevent ink drying up.
• Surface with middle or high grinding, suitable to high precision network and large area printing.
• Fine-tuning device, ensure uniform inking.

Slotting knife transverse adjustment mechanism

1. Phase adjustment mechanism & box height adjustment 

1. Planetary gear structure.
2. 360 phase electric digital adjust the slotting phase.(when running or stopped,it can be adjusted)

Die cutting unit : 

1. Speed difference compensation device, can control the surface linear velocityof rubber roller, (because in use process , the rubber roller diameter is smaller and smaller) compensation device can make the rubber roller linear velocity controlled by cutting die, completely to make the die cutting of the carton, carton and cutting same with die cutting mould.
2. Rubber mat grinding device, when in the production of die cutting, can set a certain amount, in need of repair rubber mat, can start the repair motor, also at the same time open the host to repair, can make the rubber mat of repeated use, improving the efficiency rubber gasket.

Automatic Vibrator + Stacker Department :

• Paper-receiving arm manual operation, the height of paper receiving can be arbitrary choice.
• Paper-receiving arm belt can adjust elasticity alone.
• Paper-feeding platform lift drive by strength of chain.
• Paper platform automatically adjust the angle according to cardboard stacking , lifting motor drive a turbine reducer, with brake function, ensure the platform in a fixed position.
• Pneumatic control the paper-receiving plate, when the paperboard piled up to a predetermined height, the paper-receiving plate pneumatic support, hold the cardboard.
• Paper-receiving department equipped with automatic aligning device.
• Cardboard stacking max height 1600 mm.
