SYKM4560-2400 FLEXO PRINTING AND SLOTTING AND ROTARY DIE-CUTTING MACHINE

Machine introduction:

This machine is component with the feeding unit,printing unit  and  die-cutting unit,can accomplish the process of the corrugate paperboard printing,slotting,corner cutting,creasing and separate cutting.

The materials of the body is HT250,thickness of body is 40mm,making by CNC machine,after artificial ageing treatment,with high strength and high precision.

the rubber roller and anilox roller and all the other roller is after balance treatment and grinding and hard chrome plated.

All the transmission gear is spiral gear,with low noise and high precision, materials is 45# steel after high frequency hardening.The gears adopt automatic circle lubrication.

Each printer can be opened or closed by motor with warning alarm. When it is opened, the alarm will be activated continuously to guarantee the safety of operator. 

Each unit have “automatic 0 back” and “printing plate clear memory” system,with send very less corrugate board can adjust the printing roller to the right printing location.

Machine can add any quantity printing unit after some times.

Main motor adopt “deyi” brand which a famous brand in China,the electreic parts adopt “Seimens” brand,the magnetic value is “Airtec” brand.

Bearing adopt the famous brand in China like Jinlun and Haerbin.

The rubber anvil is adopt CHAONAI brand,made in Taiwan.

The rubber roller adopt Jizhou Chunfeng Yinxing rubber roller, famous brand in China.

Anilox roller adopt “Haili” brand.

2. Operation instructions of every part of the equipment and the notes.

1. Paper-feeding part: chain feeding.

2. printing part

(1) The drive part of the printing part adopts the big screw and bevel gear drive which increases the strength of the gears and the driving stability under the circumstance of lowering the noise. The material of all the drive gear adopt 45# steel,after high frequency hardening.The paper-feeding of the drive part of the printing part adopts cross sliding drive, which does not enlarge the space between the gear-top and gear-side, make the color process (esp. the multi-color process) more accurate. The gear of the machine adopt automatic insufflation circular lubricate.

(2) Adopt satellite gear structure for adjust the clockwise and the anticlockwise phase of the printing roller and slotting knife roller and the die-cutting roller.The clockwise and anticlockwise phase of the printing roller and the slotting plate roller adopts 360° electric adjusting while stop working or during working ,it also have function of “clear block memory” and “automatic back to the 0 location”. Electrical adjustment input the data according to the error. The horizontal deriction moveing of the printing roller is adjust by hand, adjusting distance is 10mm.

(3) Each part is electric moving left and right with warning bell. When unit moving, the bell will be warning to make sure the operator safe. The moving motor with constant torsional moment which can buffer the impact of the two units when the operation is wrong. After all the parts closed, each part is pneumatic locked.

(4)The ink distributing of the inking part adopts the rubber roller inking. The anilox roller usually always adopt 180#---220#,also can be chosed accord the customer use.

(5)Inking system adopts pneumatic diaphragm pump inking with the ink cup to prevent the ink splashing. Pneumatic diaphragm pump inking can also adjust the volume of ink.

(6).Pneumatic control up and down of the anilox roller to prevent the print plate two times be inking and to prevent the ink from being dried out and coagulative while short time stopping the machine.

(7).When the machine stop,the anilox roller and rubber roller could running independently for transmission ink and prevent the ink dry out.

(8).There are early warning electric bell and rapid-stop button. In the production process, if there is an emergency, the can press early warning electric bell and rapid-stop button to stop the machine.

3. The slotting unit.

1. The line creasing device.

1. The material of the line creasing wheel roller is steel tube with out gaps.

2. The surface of the creasing wheel roller is grinded, polished and hard chromium plating.

3. The distance between the up and down line creasing wheel roller is adjusted by hands,while the dial show the adjust date,the adjusting scope is 2-12mm.The up and down line creasing wheel roller adopt the crosshead connect with the drive gears,when adjust the distance between the two rollers,the distance between the two driver gears of the two rollers will not changed.,ensure the high precision for the carton,and low noise of the machine,and long life of the gears.

2.The slotting knife plate moving device.

1. The slotting knife plate roller is after two times grinded.Be  polished and hard chromium plating. And after balance corrective.  

2. The width of the slot is 7mm.

3. The slotting knife is sawtooth, adopt alloy steel material and after heat treatment and grinded, more hardwearing and sharp-edged.

4. The cardboard cutting knife is adopted alloy material after heat treatment and grinded, more hardwearing,sharp-edged and high precise.

5. The slotting knife plate and line creasing wheel move left and right adjust by manual.

6. The four slotting knives are synchronous moving for adjust the high of the carton box,adjust by manual.

2. The clockwise and anticlockwise phase adjustment of the slotting unit.

2. The clockwise and the anticlockwise phase of the slotting knife plate is adjusted by the electricity,input the data and 360° could be adjusted while the machine running or stop running. 

4.Die-cutting part

1 The rubber cushion roller and the die roller are steel material,the surface is grinded and hard chromium plating,after balance correction.the thickness of the two roller is 30mm.die roller diameter is 410mm

2 The wallboard of the whole machine adopt high Quality cast iron material,and made by the big process-center machine.The thickness of the wallboard is 50mm.

3 Rubber cushion adopt fastening-type excellent rubber.Easy to install and uninstall. Long service life, can be cut 4million to 6million times.

4 Adopting automatic mechanical control the position move left and right of the rubber cushion roller.The movement distance is 40mm. This structure makes the rubber covers equally wear,which can increase the use time.

5 Pneumatic control the rubber cushion roller go up and down.

6 The unique speed compensation device can make the fine rubber cushion roller rolling running with the die,no matter how the diameter of the rubber cushion changed,the surface speed of the rubber cushion is completely controlled by the die.This could make the shape of the carton sheet absolutely equal to the die pattern without people operation.

7 There is a rubber cushion repair device with the machine,the rubber cushion can be used after be repaired.
