installed in the loading area of the conveyor belt to replace the
traditional impact idle, it is designed to reduce shock and stress
to conveyor belt caused by the falling materials, avoid abrasion
and tear by sharp materials and prevent materials from falling and
scattering.

The impact bar can decrease the impact force when the material falling. The bar surface is made of UHMWPE, reducing the friction between the conveyor belt and the impact bar.

To improve the effection of dust proof, multi-layer skirt rubber Model SXBMD-B is needed to be installed at the both sides of the impact bed.
