Control line tubes are generally used to operate underground safety valves controlled by the surface. Our company focuses on providing each customer with customized control pipelines to their satisfaction. Our control line tubes comply with ASTM specifications and can be used in many fields. Our company can also provide encapsulateded control lines to improve the extrusion resistance and wear resistance of the control lines. There are many choices of encapsulated materials for control lines, which can be customized according to customer requirements.
Our control line tubes use duplex stainless steel or nickel alloy, seamlessly welded, which can protect the electrical and optical components against downhole environmental pressure and corrosion.

This product is mainly used to inject chemical reagents to oil and gas wells. The upcoming 3/8 "hydraulic control line connected to the downhole chemical injection valve, the cleaning chemicals from the ground into the underground pipe through a certain concentration of 3/8 hydraulic control pipeline and chemical injection valve, fouling effective detachment of tubing, ensure the normal production of oil and gas fields. The utility model can also be used for the pressure control of the ground safety valve and other ground valves, and various connecting pipelines of the instrument control system of large-scale oil drilling and oil production large-scale equipment.
