Uses:
Pipette tips are mainly used for sampling, transferring and dispensing of small samples. In the laboratory, we often need to transfer small amounts of liquids (such as cell culture media or drugs) from one container to another for further processing and experiments. Principle:
The principle of the pipette tip is based on the principle of air pressure difference. It contains a plunger and a nozzle (also called a pipette tip). When the plunger is pushed down into the tip, the volume inside the tip increases, creating a zone of negative pressure. This negative pressure area attracts the liquid and draws it into the tip. When the plunger is moved upward, the liquid is pushed out of the tip.
