While instrumental color measurement is valuable for the manufacture of all types of soy sauce, it can be particularly vital in the production of light and extra light sauces, which must be produced in “extremely controlled” conditions to ensure “color is not deepened.”6
Laboratory Colorimeter offer an ideal solution for color measurement challenges by distilling color information to objective data via sophisticated spectral analysis. These instruments also allow for precise, in-house color grading of soy sauces to ensure that each batch conforms to both industry color standards and your own color tolerances. By monitoring color behavior at every part of production, spectrophotometers can easily confirm that the product is progressing as expected regardless of raw ingredients or processing method used. If out-of-spec color variation occurs, spectral data may be used to identify production problems and locate the source of the issue. 3nh Laboratory Colorimeter NS820 features with 3.5" ultra-large display with touch-screen function which makes the operation quite simple, the interface quite friendly. Elegant appearance combines perfectly with the ergonomic design, which makes it a model of portable handheld spectrophotometer. And it's d/8 structure with opacity whiteness yellowness function and 4mm small aperture.
NS820 Laboratory Colorimeter adopts a 58mm ultra-large integrating sphere which can homogenize light better, and the D/8° optical geometry structure conforming to the standards CIE, ISO, ASTM, DIN, all of which make its accuracy incomparable.
Repetitive error is less than 0.04ΔE*ab, inter-instrument error is less than 0.2ΔE*ab, which make its stability and reliability of measurement very superior.
NS820 Laboratory Colorimeter is configured with 2 types of observer angles, 2° and 10°, multiple light source types, multiple color space systems, multiple chromaticity indexes conforming to different standards, all of which make NS820 can excellently fulfill all kinds of requirements for color measurements in different industries.
NS820 Laboratory Colorimeter also goes with a powerful PC software SQC8 which includes more extended functions that can enormously facilitate your work.
With the configuration of universal test component and powder test box, measurements of liquid, paste, powder and granule soy sauce can be implemented without hesitation.
