1. It consists of outside spherical surface ball bearing and bearing seat.It is unnecessary to design                 bearing housing when use it.Because of small size and simple structure,it can be installed directly at         mechanical design position by bolts.It is very convenient to assemble and disassemble.

2. It can be worked at the condition when two bearing bracket are at different shafts.It can self-aligning.

3. Its inner diameter adapts”+”tolerance.It forms gap match with shaft.Through lift screw,eccentric sheath     or tightening sheath at inside,fix the bearing unit to the shaft.It decreases the precision requirement to       shaft.It is very convenient to install and exchange bearing.

4. In general it fills grease and adapts double or three layers seal form and is suitable to work at the fields     where exist powder dust,earth,water,corrosive medium and serious environment.

The surrounding of bearing lift screw is treated by temper at high temperature.It strengthens the tough     and anti-impact capacity and also can prevent from the screw loosing and falling off during the period       of work.Meanwhile,if the screw was screwed too tight,the inner ring can not be damaged.
