500 Wear Resistant Steel Plate Good Impact Performance

500 is a wear-resistant steel plate with brinell hardness of 500HB, which is mainly used in anti-wear conditions. According to the hardness grade, wear resistant steel plate can be divided into: wear resistant steel plate up to 400, wear resistant steel plate up to 450, wear resistant steel plate up to 500; reached 550, 600 and HiTuf.This means that you can always find a steel plate that meets your specific needs.

The 500 is a bendable and weldable wear-resistant plate that can be used in areas requiring higher wear resistance. 550 is a wear-resistant steel plate with an average hardness of 550HBW. Its toughness is the same as 's 500.It is mainly aimed at users and manufacturers who use high manganese steel castings or wear resistant steel plates with a brinell hardness of 500. When upgraded from steel plates up to 500 to this product, it increases the brinell hardness by 50 units, extending the wear resistance life without losing the steel plate toughness.
