Process:

Operator loads armatures on machine,

machine will move automatically, run the below process

loading, preheating, air cooling , trickling (2 points to do trickling on armature by its both end at winding),

flat flowing , colloidizing & postcuring, air cooling.

Simple varnish collection trays do the remaining varnish collecting.
