Stainless Steel Pipes and Tubes Manufacturer, Stockholder And Supplier
Stainless Steel is often Referred to as Corrosion-Resistant Steel –
it does not stain, Corrode or Rust as easily as Normal Carbon
Steel. It would however be misleading to say it is Corrosion-Proof.
It differs significantly from standard Carbon Steel due to the
amount of Chromium present, which limits surface Corrosion unlike
Carbon Steel which will Rust when exposed to air and any moisture
in the Atmosphere. Due to its Anti-Oxidation Qualities, Stainless
Steel is often a Popular Solution.
Pickled Surface Stainless Steel Tube (Mill Finish)
The mill finish of stainless stee tubings is pickled surface.
The tubes will be pickled and passivated after solution annealing,
then it will get a passivation coating to improve the performance
of corrosion resistance. If there is no specific requirement on the
surface, the tube will be mill finish.
Polished Stainless Steel Tube
The polished is mechanical polishing here, including internal
surface and external surface. The roughness can be min. 0.4 µm (16
µin) or Grit 300 from polishing. Mechanical polishing uses a fully
automatic polishing machine to control the surface accuracy and
roughness to meet the needs of food grade and bioengineering.
Bright Annealing / BA Tube
BA tube is stainless steel tube with bright annealing, a heat
treatment process that is different from ordinary solution
annealing of stainless steel, and can obtain a better precision and
surface roughness. The BA tube does not need to be pickled again,
and its roughness can meet the precision requirements of polishing,
but the cost is higher than mechanical polishing stainless steel
tubes.
Electropolishing / EP Tube
Stainless steel EP tube is high purity and high-precision tube,
which is mainly used in demanding environments such as
bioengineering, semiconductors, laboratories, and precision
instruments. Our EP pipe can reach a roughness of 0.2 on the inner
surface to meet the stringent requirements of various working
conditions.

About Our Factory
Our factory is an ISO9001 certified manufacturer which located in
the Stainless Steel Hometown WUXI CITY – a very important
manfaucturing base of stainless steel tubings in China. The
production area covers an area of about 35000 m², and the workshop
is more than 15000 m². As a professional manufacturer, our factory
has more than 20 years manufacturing experiences for stainless
steel tubings and stainless steel seamless pipes. Nowadays, our
factory has more than 80 workers and staffs, about 18 sets cold
drawing and cold rolling equipments, the capacity is about 600 tons
of stainless steel seamless tubings each month. Our factory has a
full set NDT equipments which including Eddy Current Test equiment,
Ultrasonic Test equiment, Hydrostatic Test machine etc. 100%
quality passing percentage is our principle.
Application
Stainless Steel tubing is used for incredibly diverse applications.
Industries which rely on stainless steel tubing and piping include
the automotive, pulp/papermaking, dental, medical, solar,
construction, industrial, petrochemical, and semiconductor
industries. Applications within these various industries include
engine conduits and fuel lines, hydraulic systems, stainless steel
hoses, dental implants, braces, medical instruments, gas heating
systems, and temporary structural support etc.
