Q1: How long is the warranty period?
Complete machine guaranteed one year, within the warranty period, if any quality problems, seller will bear the cost for sending spare parts to buyer. If need to send to seller for repairing, seller will bear all the shipping cost if it is during the warranty. (Except problems caused by artificial damage and not operate and maintenance machine following the instruction).
Q2: How long does it take to ship after payment?
Approximately 10-15 working days are required. The reason for this is that after production is complete, it takes us 3-5 days to test the machine in 24 consecutive runs to ensure a high level of quality.
Q3: How long will it take for the customer to receive the machine?With express shipping, it takes about 8-12 working days to arrive. In case of airfreight, it takes about 5-10 working days to arrive. If by sea, it takes about 25-35 working days to arrive.
