Titanium alloy

It is a single-phase alloy, which is a solid solution of a phase, whether it is in the normal temperature or in the higher practical application temperature, the structure is stable, and the wear resistance is higher than that of pure titanium, and the oxidation resistance is strong. At the temperature of 500 to 600, the strength and creep resistance, but no heat treatment, and the room temperature strength of the heat treatment are not high.

Beta titanium alloy

It is a single phase alloy of beta phase solid solution, which has high strength, quenching and aging, and can be further strengthened, the room temperature strength is 1372 ~ 1666MPa, but the thermal stability is poor, it is not suitable for use at high temperature.

Alpha + beta titanium alloy

It is a dual phase alloy, with good comprehensive properties, good stability, good toughness, plasticity and high temperature deformation properties, can be used to heat pressure processing, can be quenched, aging to strengthen the alloy. After heat treatment, the strength of approximately annealing state increase by 50% to 100%; high temperature strength, working at a temperature of between 400 and 500 DEG C for a long period of time, the thermal stability of inferior to alpha titanium alloy.

The most commonly used in the three kinds of titanium alloys is a titanium alloy and a titanium alloy. The cutting process of a titanium alloy is the best. A titanium alloy code named TB, beta titanium alloy code named TA, alpha + beta titanium alloy code named TC.

Titanium alloy by use can be divided into heat resistant alloy, high strength alloy, corrosion resistant alloy (Ti - Mo, Ti - Pd alloy, etc.), low temperature alloy and special functional alloys (titanium iron hydrogen storage materials and titanium nickel alloy), etc..

Heat treated titanium alloys can be obtained by varying the phase composition and microstructure by adjusting the heat treatment process. In general, the microstructure of the fine and other shaft has good plasticity, thermal stability and fatigue strength. The needle like structure has a high strength, creep strength and fracture toughness.
