Each side can get the strength support from the other two against lateral pressures. This Pyramid structure doesn’t bend, deform, twist or change shape, which can provide good thermal stability, rigidity, accuracy and stiffness. This is good for machining heavy cutting with high precision and stability.

     Taesin 5 Axis CNC Machining Center has the large machine bed casting, which is good for high cutting performance, long-term accuracy and damping against vibration. The large-size and symmetrically designed bed structure can keep the machine in good geometries and uniform thermal characteristics.

The optimal leveling system gives the pinpoint support for the workload and cutting capability. The design insures facilitates optimized leveling, uniform loading on the leveling pads, less deviation in loading, better support to the structure, enhanced straightness and accuracy, more stability during motion as well as providing smooth, quick, stable axis motion.

    Taesin 5 Axis CNC Machining Center Equipped with a highly rigid and high-precision B/C-axis tilting rotary table unit is mounted on Y-axis, minimizing weight dif ferences in movable bodies of each axis, and setting the heavy movable bodies to lower center of gravity.

There is circulation of coolant in the bearing and support jacket for linear axis which is good high-speed machining. For achieving high precision rotation of spindle at full speed, the spindle is connected co-axially with the drive motor by a coupling.
