Control:
Inspection and acceptance can be done after
testing in manufacturer’s factory. Geometric and positioning
accuracy inspection, and do machining on spot. Make sure the
processing accuracy and range meet technical requirement. Machine
can be delivered after both of seller and buyer sign.
The machine is also inspected by our advanced
engineers using the laser interferometer for the positioning
deviation&repeatability according to the highest standard. The
machine is also checked for its geometrical accuracies before
delivering.
The CNC Machining Center is also tested in our
company with the related workpieces and required tool. And in the
process, our engineer also fully inspected the testing process and
achieve the highest precision.
Before delivering, we also verify all parameters
against machine specification and technical data.
Machine will run continuously for 8 hours at full rated parameters.
After the running test, the machine should be under perfect working
condition. After installation and commissioning, we guarantee that
positional and geometrical accuracy values will be verified.
