Metal Quad Gutter Roll Forming Machine

Introduction

This gutter forming machine is used to produce 0.4mm to 0.8mm front high quad gutters. Whole production line consists of decoiler, feeding and guiding device, maunal pre-cutting device, roll forming unit, hydraulic post cutting device, electric control system and hydraulic station, etc.

Applicable Raw Material:

• Material Type: Galvanized coils, Pre-painted coils, Zincalum coils, Aluminium, Stainless steel, Copper coils, etc
• Material Thickness: 0.3-0.8mm
• Coil Weight: Max. 3000kgs
• Raw material width: approx. 250mm
   

Workflow: setting production data (batch, pcs, length, etc)  -->  decoiling  -->  feeding & guiding  -->  roll forming  -->  cutting  -->  quad gutter out

1) 3Ton Unpower Decoiler:

1. Manually adjust the screw to tighten and loosen the decoiler mandrel;
2. Unpower-type coil unwinding; 
3. Decoiler Capacity: Max. 3000kgs;
4. Coil Inner Diameter: 480-520mm;
5. Coil Width: Max. 500mm

2) Feeding Guide And Pre-cutting Device:

1. Pinch roll press the material, avoid the material bounce up and down;
2. Manually rotate the side hand-wheel to adjust guide width as per raw material width; avoid material deviation
3. Manual-type pre-cutting device, cut the sheet before roll forming

3) Roll Forming Unit:

1. Control System: Japanese Panasonic PLC; Frequency inverter: YASKAWA; Encoder: Japanese Koyo/Omron
2. Electric motor driving, chain transmission
3. Roller stands: guide column type with sliding blocks  
4. Metal protective mesh is bolted on machine sides, ensure safety of human and machine
5. Shaft material is 40Cr, with diameter 75mm solid shaft
6. Roller material: ASTM1045 steel; with heat treatment; chrome plated
7. Roll forming stations: 16 stations (depend on specific gutter profiles and material type)
8. Roll forming speed: 15m/min (inquiry for high speed machine)
9. Main power: 5.5KW

4) Electric Control System:

1. Operation language: Chinese and English (other language is optional)
2. Operation manual: English version is available

5) Hydraulic Post Cutting Device:

1. Users set the cutting length on touch screen of the control cabinet; encoder cutting length measuring
2. Hydraulic cutting after roll forming, stop to cut type, 3 blades cutting, 6mm to 8mm waste
3. Cutting blade material: Cr12Mov, Hydraulic power: 4KW

2. Angle steel welded frame with simple roller conveyor

Packaging And Loading Details

1. One 40GP container or one 20GP container is needed for loading the whole line of gutter roll forming machine.

2. Main machine body is nude packing and fixed inside of the container with steel wire and fasterners.

3. Hydraulic station and control cabinet is wrapped with plastic film and fastened inside of the container.

4. Protective cover is covered with plastic film and fastened by steel wire
