Introductions:
IEC Standard Sand And Dust Test Chamber is designed according to GB4706,GB2423,GB7000.1,IEC60529,ect standards and meet the IPX5 and IPX6 dust test requirements. It is maily used for testing control cabinet, household appliances, low voltage electric appliance, automobile, lamps and lanterns, motorcycle parts,ect outer shells. Test chamber pressure can be constant and changed, suitable for indoor low concentration dust pollution test, assessment sample in this environment of sealing and corrosion degree.
Application background:
The damage of natural dust (sand dust, wind dust, dust, etc.) to products and materials causes economic loss which is hard to estimate every year. The damage caused mainly includes corrosion, fading, deformation, strength reduction, expansion, mildew, etc., especially the electrical products are easy to cause fire due to short circuit caused by dust. Therefore, it is an essential key procedure to carry out dust-proof test for specific products or materials.

Structure:
1. With sealing good chamber door, has lock device and glass observation window.There is lamp and dust brush to ensure easy observation of inner chamber.
2. With strong dust blowing device and vibrator to ensure iniformity of each blowing.
3. Circulating air suuplying device: Frequency converter and high pressure motor to ensure the air volume more precision.
4. Large diameter strong stainless steel air hose, covered with heating device, can heat anddry the test chamber dust.
5. Anti-explosion handle, easy operation, strurdy and durable.
6. Imported high-precision electronic temperature humidity sensor and air speed sensor.
7. There is a ψ50mm test hole on the left chamber and equiped with port lid and silica gel chock plug. Through this hole can conenct to outer test device.
8. There are casters with brake equipments and fixing foot pad to make the machine easy operation and level adjustment.
