Air Shower Pass Box With Conveyor

Air Shower Pass Box is matched with conveyor, used for full automatic producing line which required clean class level.

Applications: For Pharmacy, electronic, food and other high claenliness clean room.

Pass box material: Powder coated steel or stainless steel

Pass box can do air shower and non air shower type, on the based design of pass box plus with automatic control system.

Princeples:

They are cominbed with pass through box and conveyor.

Pass through box's material is powder coated steel or stainless steel,  it is composed of two automatic sliding doors, HEPA filters,, primary filters, Blower fans, Nozzles. When goods into pass through box, it will be infrated by sensor to blowing to remove the dust particle from goods, the two doors are interlocked, it means that one door open, the other one must be closed, therefore it is prevent the airflow convection between non clean room and clean room, to keep the cleanliness of clean room.

The conveyor is L type, which is usually installed in the corner of workshop, suitable for the narrow space.

The workers put the goods on the conveyor, it is moving to the entrance door of pass box, it will open automatically, then moving on into pass box, the 2 doors close and the conveyor stops, then the pass box is blowing and reomving the dust particles from goods, after blowing, the exit door will open automatically, the conveyor will conintues to moving on , the exit doors will be closed, when goods arrive the end point and no worker takes it away, the coveyor will stop.

The processes are controlled by PLC control,  which is stable and lone-time life.
