Mixed wafer is a mixture of poly and wire. The wire has good elasticity and doubled toughness, which can better help snow removal and road sweeping.

It is widely used in road cleaning work;.Poly material is cost effective and will not damage the road surface. The combination of the two material wire has a good sweeping effect .

Pin Size:

① For wafer brush with inner diameter less than 128mm, the pin diameter is about 6mm;

② For wafer brush with inner diameter over 128mm, the pin diameter is about 8mm;

③ Pin spacing: default 30-32mm (customize larger pin spacing 35-40mm need to reopen the mold)
